Clean Machine Laundry: Self-Service FAQs
We are open 7 days a week from 7AM - 10PM to fit your busy schedule. We have self locking doors so you can finish up in your own time.
We offer flexible payment options for your convenience. Our machines accept cash, credit, debit, EBT and the Speed Queen App. We also have an on-site change machine if you need quarters!
You are welcome to bring your favorite brands, but don't worry if you forget! We have a variety of premium laundry products for sale on-site, including top-rated detergents, fabric softeners, and dryer sheets.
We’ve designed our facility for your comfort. Enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi, catch the game on one of our two flat-screen TVs, or grab a snack and a cold drink from our vending machines. For a little extra excitement, you can even try your luck on our on-site slot machines!
Yes, we pride ourselves on maintaining a clean, safe, and attended facility. Our friendly staff is regularly on-site to assist with machine questions, keep the folding tables spotless, and ensure you have a great experience.

It’s simple! Just drop off your unsorted laundry at our Albany location (110 Cordele Rd). Our professional attendants will weigh your order, note any special instructions, and take care of the rest. We wash, dry, and neatly fold your clothes so they are ready to go straight into your drawers when you pick them up.
We provide a standard 24-hour turnaround time.
Absolutely. We prioritize your preferences and skin sensitivity. You can choose between Tide, Gain, or Tide-Free (unscented). Additionally, we offer Downy fabric softener and Clorox bleach at no extra charge to ensure your linens and clothes are exactly how you like them.
Yes. We are happy to follow specific instructions for your garments. We provide Oxi-Clean spot treatments upon request and will hang items like dress shirts and dress pants for free to prevent wrinkles. We also take the time to match up your socks, so you don't have to!
To ensure your clothes stay as fresh as the moment they leave our dryers, we wrap all finished orders in plastic and vacuum seal them. This locks in the scent, prevents wrinkles during transit, and keeps your laundry protected until you’re ready to wear it.
Yes, we treat your clothes like our own. We always separate whites and darks to prevent color bleeding and ensure the brightest results for your garments.
Yes, there is a $20 minimum order. This allows us to maintain our high standards of professional care while keeping the service affordable for our customers.
Clean Machine Laundry: Pickup & Delivery FAQs
Scheduling is easy! You can book your service online by clicking on the "Schedule a Pickup" button. We offer laundry pickup and delivery Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, allowing you to choose a window that fits your busy schedule without interrupting your day.
We proudly provide professional laundry delivery to Albany, Leesburg, and Sylvester. Our service area covers the entirety of Lee County, Dougherty County, and Worth County, bringing premium garment care directly to your home or place of business.
We maintain a consistent 48-hour turnaround time for all pickup and delivery orders. Please note that for the convenience of our weekend customers, Friday pickups are delivered back fresh on Monday.
